Partner, Integrate, Manufacture and Support at Heart of Marshall Land Systems Display at DSEi 2011
Partner, integrate, manufacture and support are key to the Marshall Land Systems display on stand S4-305 at DSEi being held at ExCeL, London from 13 to 16 September 2011.
“Requirements into solutions, collaborative working, rapid prototyping, systems engineering supported by well proven project management are at the centre of the Marshall Land Systems offering on our stand at DSEi this year,” said Peter Callaghan, Chief Executive of Marshall Land Systems.
During the show the company will be discussing its capabilities in providing protected workspace solutions for laboratories, hospitals, workshops, C2, ISTAR, and Unmanned Vehicle ground stations; its vehicle completion solutions for a range of utility vehicles including the UK’s Support Vehicle, the Thales Bushmaster, the Iveco range of LMVs and Force Protection’s Ocelot; consultancy capabilities in areas such as human factors, Integrated Logistic Support, EMC/EMP/RFI and power solutions and management; its experience in designing and producing unmanned ground vehicles and remote control vehicle systems; and its support not only for its own products but for those of other suppliers.
In the Vehicle Park (stand VS 5) together with Iveco Defence and WEW, the company is demonstrating its ability to integrate assemblies together to provide a finished solution. An Iveco 6×6 Trakker vehicle has been fitted with a Marshall Land Systems loadbed onto which is fitted a WEW fuel tank.
Over at the UV area in the North Hall, Marshall Land Systems’ range of unmanned ground vehicles – Questar©, Trakkar© and Eye Drive – form a central part of the UV demonstration which takes place daily at 10:30 am and at 3:30 pm on Tuesday to Thursday. During this demonstration the three vehicles will be demonstrating their ability to be the platform for surveillance and situational awareness information.
Sharing the stand will be Lorica Systems, Marshall Land Systems’ partner of choice for survivability solutions. It will be discussing its abilities to design and integrate survivability solutions for land, sea and air including composite armour and survivability systems.
In other parts of the show a Marshall Land Systems loadbed is fitted to the Force Protection Ocelot Utility Vehicle on stand N8-160, and an Iveco Defense Trakker 8×8 on stand N8-130, equipped with a Cargotec Hookloader, Marshall land Systems flat rack, and has been integrated by the company’s vehicle engineering team.
